Drive thru wait times can be pretty long sometimes like 20+mins long. But food is usually pretty hot and isn't too bad. I personally don't like their coleslaw ever since they changed it though. Also the dining room part isn't very large if you're planning to eat inside so if it's busy in there you might not get a table. You can phone in ahead of time to place an order before you pick up though which is awesome
